Privacy Policy

Catify Tech Limited ("we", "us") operates Workpath Daily (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who receives it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you acknowledge this policy.

Who is responsible

What we collect

• Usage and analytics data: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, device type (mobile or desktop), country (derived from your request by our hosting provider), how you arrived (referrer, UTM parameters, advertising click IDs such as gclid, fbclid or ttclid), and interactions with ads and optional rewarded content. This is linked to a random session ID, not to your name or email. We do not store your IP address in our analytics database.
• Advertising data: Google Ad Manager and our advertising partners may set cookies or use device identifiers, and receive your IP address and browser details, to deliver, limit, measure and (where permitted) personalise ads.
• Measurement tags: Google tag (Google Analytics and, if enabled, Google Ads), and if enabled, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel. These place cookies such as _ga, _fbp and _fbc, where permitted by your consent choices or applicable law.
• Browser storage: a random session ID (session storage), your consent choices, and short timers that remember an unlocked article or a dismissed notice (local storage).
• Messages you send us: your email address and the content of your message.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not require you to create an account.

How we use it and our legal bases

• To operate, secure and improve the Site (legitimate interests).
• To measure audience and ad performance and report campaign results (legitimate interests, or consent where required).
• To show advertising, including personalised advertising where you consent or the law allows (consent or legitimate interests, as applicable).
• To reply to your messages and handle privacy requests (legitimate interests, legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We share data with service providers that process it for us or for their own purposes as described below: Cloudflare (hosting, security and our analytics database); Google (Ad Manager, Funding Choices consent messages, Analytics and, if enabled, Google Ads); Meta and TikTok (measurement, only if enabled and after consent where required; for Meta this may include server-side events using a hashed session ID, browser details and the _fbp/_fbc identifiers); and advertising partners and ad exchanges that bid on ad space. We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, sharing identifiers with advertising partners for personalised ads may be a "sale" or "share" under some U.S. state laws, and you can opt out (see below).

Retention

Analytics events are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted or aggregated. Messages are kept as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Cookies expire according to their provider's settings.

International transfers

We are based in Hong Kong and our providers operate in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by our providers.

Your choices

• Change cookie and consent choices at any time on the cookie page.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information on Your Privacy Choices. We treat the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of personalised advertising.
• Manage Google personalisation at adssettings.google.com, and see optout.aboutads.info or youradchoices.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, Hong Kong and U.S. states such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Texas), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing. Because our analytics use a random ID that we cannot link to you, we may ask for that ID or other details to locate data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, email catify@mproservices.app with the subject "Privacy request". We may verify your identity and will respond within the time required by law (generally 30 to 45 days). You may appeal a refusal by replying to our response, and you may complain to your local data protection authority or, in the U.S., your state attorney general.

California notice at collection

In the past 12 months we collected the following categories: identifiers (session ID, cookie and advertising IDs, IP address handled by our ad partners), internet or network activity (pages viewed, interactions), approximate geolocation (country), and, if you write to us, contact information. We collect them for the purposes above, retain them as described above, and may "share" identifiers and activity data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where the law sets a higher age) and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, give more prominent notice.
