These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Workpath Daily (the "Site"), operated by Catify Tech Limited, Rm B53 2/F Kwai Shing Indl Bldg Ph 1, 36-40 Tai Lin Pai Rd, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You agree not to: scrape or copy the Site at scale or republish our content without permission; interfere with or overload the Site or its security; generate or manipulate ad impressions or clicks, including by automated means, bots or incentivised self-clicking; use the Site unlawfully; or attempt to bypass ad-supported features by deceptive means.
Advertising, rewarded content and links
The Site is funded by advertising and may earn a commission from links to employers or partners. Some guides may offer optional rewarded content (viewing an ad to continue reading). We are independent and not affiliated with the employers or platforms we mention. Third-party sites, ads and services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. Intellectual property
Content on the Site belongs to Catify Tech Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view it and share short excerpts with a link back, for personal, non-commercial use. All other use requires our written permission.
Feedback
If you send us suggestions, you grant us a free, perpetual licence to use them without obligation to you.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our directors, employees and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, income, data or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or from reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits your statutory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes and termination
We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. Continued use after the "Last updated" date means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or restrict access if you breach these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to sue in your country of residence under local law.
